We had a fabulous time on July 8, 2017 rafting the Penobscot River with our excellent guide Steve. We wanted to let you know how professional and skilled Steve was and how we felt safe, and at the same time exhilarated, the entire time. The instruction was clear, the rafting a blast, the scenery breathtaking, and the food delicious. We so enjoyed the warmth and personality of your entire team. WELL DONE! We will be back again!
1st time rafting and what an experience!! You can go rafting with any company, but you shouldn't! Go with North Country Rivers! They made our trip an experience and memory that will last a lifetime! The staff was amazing! They kept us laughing, educated, and safe from start to finish. Our guide Rob really made the trip, and we felt like we had known everyone in Our raft before hand. Just an amazing time, we will be back next year and we will be requesting Rob! The video they made was exceptional and to be able to see it and take it home immediately was priceless. Rob, if you read this, my wife and I really did love your pink shorts;) thank you so much for an experience of a lifetime!

My boyfriend and I did the full day Penobscot rafting trip and had a BLAST. Our guide, Jenny, was amazing. My boyfriend had never been and now he's dying to get all of our friends together. I'd definitely recommend going in a group. We went with just two people and ended up in a 4 person boat which was tough but still awesome. Lunch was INCREDIBLE. I definitely was expecting peanut butter sandwiches but they went all with the grill and even had vegetarian options. It was one of the most fun trips I've ever taken on a beautiful day. We will definitely be back again!
